SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days from our Vancouver production studio. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days of your purchase, please email customerservice@pyrrha.com. It is your responsibility to ensure the mailing address associated with your Paypal account is correct at the time of purchase. Pyrrha will not be held responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses once an order has shipped.

Please note that custom orders and changes to an existing order will take additional time to be processed.

Domestic Standard Shipping: $10

Domestic UPS Express Shipping: $25
Delivery time: 1-2 business days

International Shipping (outside of the US and Canada)

International Standard Air Shipping: $40
Delivery time: 5-9 business days

International UPS Express Shipping : $78
Delivery time: 2-3 business days.

POLICY INFORMATION

After your purchase is completed through PayPal, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days unless stated otherwise on the item description page. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days of your purchase, please email us. If the UPS upgrade is selected, we will send your order out as soon as possible. Returns/Exchanges: If you are not happy with your purchase, we're not happy.

Simply email us within seven days of receiving your item and we will email you back a return authorization code. The item must be sent back in its original packaging, with this number written on the outside of the package. The number is valid as long as the post mark is within seven days of your email. When we receive the item, your credit card will be refunded. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable. Items that have been customized or engraved are final sale. For your security, please send your return via registered mail, insured and with tracking, and be sure to retain your receipt for tracking purposes. On customs paperwork, it is important that returns or repairs are declared as ‘merchandise return/repair, not for resale and no commercial value’. Pyrrha is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Packages that arrive requiring customs payment due to instructions not being followed will be refused.

Items returned without a proper return authorization code will be refused.
