SHIPPING INFORMATION

We will process your order and email you with a confirmation within 48 hours. We ship Monday through Friday.

Delivery options are as follows:

Airmail: $8 (orders are automatically charged this, if no other option is chosen)
Delivery time: 1 – 2 weeks
Tracking numbers are not available for Airmail orders.

UPS Next Day Air: $25 (automatic $8, plus $17 additional)
Delivery time: 3-4 days, including processing. A tracking number will be sent with your confirmation.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Please note: that all of our orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC Canada. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary.

POLICY INFORMATION

After your purchase is completed through Pay Pal, we will send you a confirmation email stating when your order will be shipped. Usually it will be shipped within 3 days. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase, please email us. If the UPS upgrade is selected, we will send the order out as soon as possible. If you need your order right away, please feel free to email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Returns/Exchanges: If you are not happy with your purchase, we're not happy.

Simply email us within seven days of receiving your item and we will email you back a return authorization code. The item must be sent back in its original packaging, with this number written on the outside of the package. The number is valid as long as the post mark is within seven days of your email. When we receive the item, your credit card will be refunded. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items returned without a proper return authorization code will be refused.

Shipping rates quoted are for USA and Canada. We will gladly ship to any other country, but extra shipping charges may apply. Please inquire. Seal sizes are a near approximation.
